Selling Price of Relinquished Property up to $500,000.00

The basic fee for a standard 2 property exchange is Eleven hundred dollars ($1100.00). There is an additional fee of $250.00 for each additional property, sold or purchased, as part of this exchange.

Selling Price of Relinquished Property up to $750,000.00

The basic fee for a standard 2 property exchange is Thireteen hundred dollars ($1300.00). There is an additional fee of $250.00 for each additional property, sold or purchased, as part of this exchange.

Selling Price of Relinquished Property up to $1,000,000.00

The basic fee for a standard 2 property exchange is Fifteen hundred dollars ($1500.00). There is an additional fee of $250.00 for each additional property, sold or purchased, as part of this exchange.
